Ok so here's the truth - a while - but here is why:

Custom Diffusers - 7 days (from order to door) - its a customised product so it takes a bit of time to get right

Eco Resin Products - 2 weeks (from order to door) - these are custom made by a local (yes, South African) manufacturer. They are made specifically for you so of course they take some extra time

Other Products - 2-3 weeks (from order to door) these are really dependant on the item

The couriers do not pick up or deliver on weekends. If you order a selection of products - the longest delivery time will apply.

The good news is, you will be informed at every step of the way. I will communicate with you so you always know the status of things and as soon as the order is collected by our couriers you will have a tracking number so you know when to keep an ear out for the doorbell.

You bet. As soon as your parcel hits the road, you’ll get tracking info. You’ll be able to stalk your package like its your latest crush.

Sure do - orders over R800 get the VIP treatment (aka free delivery). So add the diffuser - its basically saving money.

Under R800? It’s a flat R100 - still a bargain for having fabulous things show up at your door.

Once the product has arrived at your door - you’ve got 7 days to let us know if something’s not right.

I like to wrap all my products in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging and make it look like a gift for anyone - so it will be a fun opening experience whether you know whats inside the box or not.

I will also be sure to not include any notes with prices inside the box if I know it is a gift.

I am reliably informed by my local (yes, that means inside South Africa) manufacturer of these awesome products that eco resin is :

Non-Toxic

Strong and durable, yet lightweight (stronger than gypsum, cement and concrete)

Made from more environmentally friendly resources like plant oils, non toxic chemicals and acrylic resins

Heat and fire resistant

In the manufacturing process no protective gear is needed (like respirators and protective eyewear)

So all in all it seems like good stuff to me - and its a perk that it looks so good too.

I am local. Born and raised in SA. I am doing my best to bring you products that are the same. The product range is ever growing and I have a lot more in the wings to launch in the next few months, including a couple of items I have commissioned specifically for you.

I do work with a couple of local importers as well but nothing on the site isn't good quality that I haven't personally seen or packed myself. Simply put if I don't like it - it doesn't make the site. The incense for example is brought in by a South African who has spent time sourcing traditional hand rolled incense from parts of India - so not locally made but the quality justifies it for now.

My intention is to move this site always to a more local space and as I discover and fall in love with more products to share with you the more we can all celebrate the ingenuity that is the local talent.
